Bets are settled by vin786 based on the official result declared by the relevant sport's governing body. For cricket, this means the ICC or PCB official result. For football, it is the result as confirmed by the relevant league or competition authority.
If an event is postponed before it starts, all bets are voided and stakes returned. If an event is abandoned after starting, settlement follows the official ruling of the governing body. Where no official result is declared within 48 hours of abandonment, vin786 will void bets and return stakes.
vin786 reserves the right to void bets settled at clearly incorrect odds due to a pricing error. "Clearly incorrect" means odds that are manifestly out of line with the market at the time of placement. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with vin786 support within 30 days of the event's conclusion. Disputes raised after this window will not be considered. All settlement decisions by vin786, once reviewed, are final.

On suspension, withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be processed after the review is complete, provided no evidence of fraud or Terms violations is found. Bonus funds are forfeited in all cases of Terms breach suspension.
